We at Vidrio Technologies take utmost care in preserving the security and secrecy of your identifiable information. In an effort to make transparant our utilization of your private data, this post will cover in detail how our website and backend systems store and use information regarding your licensing details as well as product and website usage. Click on each of the headers below to display more information regarding how we use each type of data.

Registered Account Information
On user registration, you must provide two types of potentially identifying information:
- Your email address
- Your full name
Your email address is required for your WordPress account and is the main identifier for both it and your license access. If you wish for us to delete your email address, you will need to request an account deletion with our webmaster (firstname.lastname@example.org). Your full name is freely changeable in the Account Information dropdown on your main Account page.
Optionally, you may also provide more information regarding your microscope setup and the name of the lab that you represent. This data is primarily used for support purposes but is stored with your account data. This data is also freely changeable on your main Account page.
Our ScanImage Licenses have anonymous identifiers but are tied to potentially identifiable information on our backend. This is necessary to allow for limited license sharing flexibility for our premium users. Users are generally identified by email but may identify other users in their organization that may also reuse the license. This data is only collected upon purchase of a premium license and is kept private. This information is not shared with any third parties and is only used for further business-related contact with the purchaser or associated ScanImage users.
Requesting removal of this information will invalidate any existing licenses. However, if you still wish to do so, please contact our webmaster at email@example.com.
